DHB Training and Consulting FZE respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect
When you enquire: your name and your email address or phone number, plus anything you write in the message.
When you book a course: your name, email, phone number, billing address and course choice.
When you use our learning platform: your login details, course progress and assessment results.
Automatically: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, through standard server logs.
Card details
We never see or store your card number. Payments are handled directly by Stripe, and instalment plans by Tabby. Both are licensed payment providers with their own security standards. We only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the last four digits of the card.
Why we hold it
To confirm and deliver your booking.
To register you with NEBOSH or IOSH, which requires us to pass on your name, date of birth and contact details. This is a condition of taking their qualifications.
To give you tutor support during and after the course.
To meet UAE accounting and tax record-keeping requirements.
Who we share it with
NEBOSH and IOSH, for examination registration and certification.
Stripe and Tabby, to take payment.
Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its data.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: two years, then deleted.
Booking and payment records: five years, as UAE tax law requires.
Learning records and results: as long as the awarding body requires, so we can verify your certificate later.
Cookies
We use cookies that keep your shopping basket working and remember whether you chose English or Arabic. Stripe and Tabby set their own cookies during payment to prevent fraud. You can block cookies in your browser, but checkout will not work without them.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hasanbabiker@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Some records we must keep for legal or awarding body reasons, and we will tell you if that applies.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to booking records is limited to staff who need it.
