Shipping and Delivery Policy

Our courses are services, not physical goods, so nothing is shipped to you.

If something has not arrived
If your confirmation or platform access has not reached you within one working day, email hasanbabiker@gmail.com or WhatsApp +971 50 239 0818 and we will sort it the same day.

How courses are delivered
In-person: at our training venue or your premises, on the dates confirmed in your booking email.
Live online: over video conferencing. A joining link is sent before the first session.
E-learning: through our learning platform at learning.dhbtraining.com.

When you get access
Booking confirmation is emailed within one working day of payment. Learning platform access, where the course uses it, is set up within one working day. Live online joining links arrive at least 24 hours before the first session.

Course materials
Digital workbooks and materials are provided through the learning platform. Where a course includes a printed workbook, it is handed to you at the first session or couriered within the UAE at no extra cost.

Certificates
Certificates are issued directly by NEBOSH or IOSH after results are published. Timescales are set by the awarding body, typically 6 to 10 weeks after the examination.
