1. Who we are
   DHB Training and Consulting FZE is a training provider registered in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. We deliver NEBOSH and IOSH accredited health and safety qualifications in Arabic and English.

2. What we sell
   Accredited health and safety training courses, delivered in-person, live online, through e-learning, or at your own premises. Each course fee includes tutor support, course materials, revision sessions and awarding body examination registration unless the course page says otherwise.
3. Prices and payment
   All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT. Nothing is added at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and payment in four instalments through Tabby. Your booking is confirmed once payment completes.
4. Confirmation
   You will receive an email confirming your booking within one working day, with course dates, joining instructions, and access details for our learning platform where the course uses it.
5. Course dates and changes
   We may reschedule or cancel a course if too few delegates enrol or for reasons outside our control. If that happens you may move to the next available date or take a full refund. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Your responsibilities
   Attend the scheduled sessions and submit assessments by the deadlines set by NEBOSH or IOSH. Certificates are issued by the awarding body, not by us, and are subject to their rules and timescales.
7. Course materials
   Course materials belong to DHB Training and Consulting FZE or to the awarding body. They are for your own study and may not be copied, shared or resold.
8. Our liability
   Our liability to you is limited to the course fee you paid. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by UAE law.
9. Governing law
   These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes fall to the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah.
